Requirements
- The EIA shall be prepared in accordance with the Writing Guideline for EIA and ESMMP and shall ensure public involvement as required under the relevant laws and regulations.
- EIA shall be prepared by the environmental service provider who gets the license from the Ministry of Natural Resouces and Environment pursuant to the laws and regulations.

- 175 1. The review process of the framework and Terms of Reference (TOR) has to be done within 15 working days; 2. The review of ESIA shall be completed in 10 working days and the technical review through the technical consultancy and meetings shall be completed within 95 working days; 3. In the case of the investment projects and activities are complex, the review period shall take 120 working days.

- The ECC will be issued once in order to approve the EIA. The EIA shall have the validity until the end of the Investment period while the Environmental Compliance Certificate for the approval of the Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan (EMMP) shall have the validity from 2 to 5 years, depending on the severity of the impacts the investment projects and A\activities will cause.
