ເງື່ອນໄຂ
- 须为老挝国籍的个人，或经营酒店、旅游等相关业务的法人。
- 法人须在过去连续三年实现盈利经营。
- 须按本决定第十条规定缴足注册资本。
- 在老挝人民民主共和国活动记录清楚，未与洗钱或恐怖主义融资相关人员或嫌疑人有关联。
- 未曾因欺诈、侵占及洗钱相关犯罪被定罪，亦非正在被追诉或牵涉其中。
- 外汇兑换经营许可证未曾被吊销，自愿终止的除外。
- 场所需适宜，并保障兑换服务安全。
- 须有配备服务设备并使用老挝人民民主共和国银行指定系统的计划，包括外汇买卖报告系统、计算机、互联网、视频监控、电报、复印机、收银机、点钞机、计算器、汇率公示牌及其他必要设备。

Those who intend to conduct the currency exchange business must complete a enterprise registration with industry and commerce sector, and then apply for a currency exchange business license with the Bank of the Lao PDR. Must have a registered capital of at least one billion kip. The capital used as a registered capital must be a working capital only, such capital must be acquired in accordance with the law and must be deposited with a commercial bank in Lao PDR.
