The embodiments of the present invention relate to a turnout sliding bed board. The turnout sliding bed board comprises: a base plate; a sliding bed platen disposed on the base plate; and a bracket disposed on the base plate and located on the side opposite to the sliding bed platen, wherein a groove is provided on the bracket, a self-lubricating rolling mechanism is provided in the groove, and the height of the apex of the self-lubricating rolling mechanism is higher than the height of the surface of the sliding bed platen. The embodiments of the present invention can reduce the switching resistance of a switch rail, prevent insufficient displacement of the switch rail to a certain extent, has a simple installation structure, and is easy to maintain.
