Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for enzymatically producing a high-activity biological organic fertilizer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of a waste protein; (2) activation of a fermentation strain; and (3) fermentation. According to the method of the present invention, the fermented strain has high activity, the obtained organic fertilizer has a good fertilizer effect and has low production costs, and the production process is environmentally friendly.
