Abstract
The present invention provides a technique that allows a pharmaceutical composition, preferably
for extemal use, containing luliconazole or the like to contain luliconazole or the like at a high concentration, and suppresses the precipitation thereof over time. The present invention uses a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 380 to 420 represented by a formula HOCHz(CHzOCHz).CHzOH (where n is an integer), ethanol, benzyl alcohol, lactic acid, propylene carbonate, and acetone in combination with the luliconazole or the like.
The present invention provides a technique of allowing this pharmaceutical composition that contains luliconazole or the like and that is preferably for topical use, to contain luliconazole or the like at a high concentration and to inhibit precipitation of the same over time. The present invention uses, in combination, a polyethylene glycol represented by formula HOCH
