The present invention discloses a composite polyacrylamide hydrogel, including the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of acrylamide, 0,2-1 part of antibacterial agent, 0.05-1 part of cross-linking agent, 220-290 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of initiator, and 0.1-0.5 part of catalyst; the composite polyacrylamide hydrogel is prepared by the following steps: adding acrylamide and deionized water into a round-bottom flask, stirring and dissolving the mixture, then adding a cross-linking agent into a reactor, increasing the speed to 300-500 r/min, placing the round-bottom flask in an ice water bath, introducing nitrogen for 5 min, adding an initiator, a catalyst and an antibacterial agent, sucking the mixture into a syringe after stirring for 5 min, sealing the mixture in an environment at 4◦c for 48 h to form a hydrogel, placing the hydrogel into distilled water, dialyzing for 48 h, and changing water every 12 h to obtain the composite polyacrylamide hydrogel. The composite polyacrylamide hydrogel has high mechanical properties and antibacterial properties and has great application value in the medical field.
