The breeding water is further caused to recirculate from the water-collecting means (3) by passing through a return flow path (7) provided with a purification means (8) and through a wave-generating tank (4), and returning to the other end side of the water tank (2). Horizontal cord striae of an artificial marine plant are configured to be crinkled.
