根据本法，表现优异的个人、法人或组织应依法获得相应的奖励和福利。

An individual, legal entity or organization with
outstanding performance according to this Law shall receive
the appropriate awards and benefits, in accordance with the
law.
第219条 制裁
中文译文
任何注册官、个人、法人或组织，如违反本法，应依法受到教育、警告、纪律处分、罚款、赔偿民事损失或刑事处罚等制裁。

A registrar, individual, legal entity or organization that
violates this Law shall be sanctioned in the form of education,
warning, disciplining, fining, providing compensation for civil
damage, or criminally punished, as provided in law.
