第9条 法律适用

本法适用于所有企业，包括个人、法人和组织，无论其是国内的还是国际的，在老挝人民民主共和国设立和经营业务。

This Law applies to all enterprises including
individuals, legal entities and organizations, both domestic and
international, establishing and operating businesses in the
Lao PDR.
