- In case this permit is expired but there are some pages still left then it can be renewed, but if there is no any page left it is required to apply for a new permit by attaching a car registration (copy) and car insurance.
Additional comment
According to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport No. 00114/MPWT.PSO, dated 3 January 2020 provided that the Department of Public Works and Transport of Vientiane Capital, Savannakhet Province, and Champasack Province can issue an International Transport Permit to a transport company that aims to conduct cross-border goods transport.
