- 120 There are site inspection and report between 2 parties. After that, the inspector will assess the information and write a report before sending to the committee in order to issue a certificate.

- - DOA will notify the applicant within 120 days before the certificate is expired. - Producers and entrepreneurs will request to renew the certificate within 60 days. - The renewal process is the same as the first-time application but it will be easier because there are fewer required documents.
Additional comment
Producers and entrepreneurs are required to have knowledge on Good Agricultural Practices in order to apply for a certification from the Department of Agriculture directly.
