- 14 Veterinarians at a veterinary checkpoint will collect a statistical record of animals and register them. Then the authority will submit the registration and ID cards of animals to the Vientiane Capital Department of Agriculture and Forestry for approval. After that, the authority at the checkpoint will send the approved registration and ID cards back to the applicant.
