Requirements
- Having a valid Enterprise Registration Certificate in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the Lao PDR
- Having sufficient registered capitals
- Having a suitable location for the office and service security
- Never been convicted for fraud or corruption
- Never been withdrawn from operating the gold import-export business (the license has never been withdrawn).

- 30 The Bank of the Lao PDR will review, consider, and respond to the application for a business license for gold import-export businesses within a period of 30 working days, starting from the date the complete and correct application documents are received.
