Requirements
- Have a license for operating a fuel depot rental business.
- Invest and disburse the registered capital as specified in Article 7, clause 1.4 of Decree No. 331/PM.
- Hold accounts in accordance with the laws
- Have a fuel depot in compliance with the technical construction, and capacity to store the fuel for 500,000 liters or over.
- Have at least 1 staff per 1 depot who obtained a certificate of fuel depot safety and security training
- Have insurance in accordance with the insurance law.
- Have a registered capital of 2,000,000,000 LAK or more, including the working capital of 500,000,000 LAK or more.
