Who needs this
Legal entities that intend to operate the internet café service business type 2 in Lao PDR, which is to provide Internet access services to customers that are using their other businesses, such as bar, entertainment venues, accommodation and public places.
Requirements
- Having safety protection measures for the user (i.e. fire or electrical short prevention according to the relevant standard)
- Having the CCTV that can capture the activities of the users within the shop for not less than 30 days
- Showing business licenses, fees and internal rules where the users can see and read easily
- Having a computer network system that has internet signal within the shop or areas that they are responsible only
- Having anti-virus software on each computer
- Having at least 2 Mbps Internet speeds
- For the use of wireless networking systems, it is only permitted to use the WiFi networks systems with a frequency band of 2.4 GHz or 5GHz, and the output speed must not exceed 0.05 watts.
