Any individual or legal entity that intends to commence the land clearing activities for the forest plantation to produce wood products and to supply raw materials to the processing factories.
Requirements
- The land needed to be cleared shall lie in the designated area aiming at the devastating area as the forest management and forest area arranged for.
- The selection of tree varieties shall be determined on climate conditions and the local demand
- The applicant shall obtain the (Timber) Business Operating License from the Department of Agriculture and Forestry of Vientiane Capital.
