English original - If the registered capital is less than five hundred million LAK, the application form should be submitted in the district where the enterprise is located. - If the registered capital is five hundred million LAK or over, the application should be submitted at the Provincial Department of Industry and Commerce where the enterprise is located. Unless the enterprise is located in Vientiane Capital, the application form can be submitted either at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce or at the Department of Industry and Commerce of Vientiane Capital.
Chinese - If the registered capital is less than five hundred million LAK, the 申请表 should be submitted in the district where the 企业 is located. - If the registered capital is five hundred million LAK or over, the 申请 should be submitted at the Provincial 工业与商业司 where the 企业 is located.
