申请条件

• 1. Be good health 及 be least 20 years old, have a permanent residence Lao PDR least 5 years
• not process being prosecuted 或 disciplined
• 及 no prior 经营 bankruptcy
• 2. Having a suitable location 及 equipment that meet standards, including (i) clinic shall be separated residence 或 other 经营 operations 及 shall have an area not less than 12 square meters
