申请条件

• 1. 环境影响评价报告应按照环境影响评价和环境和社会管理计划编写指南编制，并应确保按照相关法律法规的要求进行公众参与。
• 2. 环境影响评价报告应由获得自然资源和环境部颁发的许可证的环境服务提供者按照法律法规编制。

办理周期

175个工作日（1. The review process of the framework 及 Terms of Reference (TOR) has to be done within 15 个工作日; 2. The review of ESIA shall be completed in 10 个工作日 及 the 技术 review through the 技术 consultancy 及 meetings shall be completed within 95 个工作日; 3. In the case of the 投资 projects 及 业务 are complex, the review period shall take 120 个工作日.）

• 续期流程与条件：The ECC will be issued once in order to approve the EIA. The EIA shall have the validity until the end of the 投资 period while the Environmental Compliance 证明 for the 批准 of the Environmental Management 及 Monitoring Plan (EMMP) shall have the validity from 2 to 5 years, depending on the severity of the impacts the 投资 projects 及 A\业务 will cause.
